After our research determines that a client’s proposed trademark or service mark is available, Kramer & Amado prepares and files the necessary trademark applications. This includes usage and applications for word marks, designs, slogans as well as Internet domain names, licensing and infringement matters.

If use of a client’s mark in commerce predates a pending application or registration, we can assist with opposition of the pending application or cancellation of the registered mark before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
