Joel Stoffregen
is the senior technical lead for the
electrical engineering/business method
group and Projects Manager for Kramer
IP. Mr. Stoffregen performs patent
research at the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office for U.S. and foreign patents,
published patent applications and
non-patent literature.
Mr. Stoffregen graduated from the
University of Miami where he received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering with an audio engineering
emphasis. He has also graduated from
the University of Miami where he received
a Master of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering with a digital signal
processing emphasis.
Prior to joining Kramer & Amado,
P.C., Mr. Stoffregen was an Examiner
at the United States Patent and Trademark
Office.
