At Kramer & Amado, we perform in-depth searches across the most relevant patent classes and subclasses according to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Classification Schedule. We combine database searching with manual searching on-site at the USPTO, along with using the resources of our own considerable library network. But we also are renowned for our expertise in finding non-patent literature to provide a broader view of prior art and support invalidity arguments.
