Patent Prosecution

In part because of our physical proximity and access to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and its records and examiners, Kramer & Amado is uniquely equipped to handle all matters of patent prosecution. Our attorneys and patent agents have years of patent prosecution experience and our staff includes many former USPTO patent examiners. Based on our own research and the resulting patentability opinion we compose for a client, we work personally with that client to draft the best possible patent application in the most expedient and cost-efficient manner. After a client’s patent has been issued, we can also assist with post-issuance matters such as reissue and reexamination.
